8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Early Cancellation: If the cancellation is notified at least 7 days before the appointment date, the full payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.

  • Late Cancellation: For cancellations made within 0–7 days of the appointment, a cancellation fee (equal to the deposit or 30% of the service fee) will be applied.

  • Promotions: No refunds or cancellations are allowed for promotional or special-priced bookings.

  • No-Show: In case of failure to arrive without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.

  • Punctuality: Guests are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

9. Guest Obligations

Guests are expected to follow facility rules and not disturb other guests. In case of inappropriate behavior, Taksim Luxury Massage reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without a refund.

10. Privacy Statement

We value the loyalty and privacy of our guests. Personal information is used solely for the stated purposes and is not sold to third parties. All processes are carried out in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and relevant regulations.

11. Your Rights (Under KVKK Art. 11)
