1. PARTIES

Buyer: The individual who gains the status of “Buyer” by performing a transaction through the website while becoming a party to this agreement.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the purchase of massage and spa services by the Buyer via the website taksimluxurymassage.com belonging to Taksim Luxury Massage.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Descriptions, prices, and conditions of the massage and spa services offered for sale on the website are specified in detail. By selecting the desired service and completing the payment process, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the conditions set forth in this agreement.
4. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement becomes valid once the Buyer selects the service at taksimluxurymassage.com and completes the payment step. The agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s fulfillment of the total payment.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
The Buyer may make payments via credit card, debit card, or other methods specified on the website. The Seller confirms the appointment after the payment is approved and undertakes to provide the massage/spa service.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy: If the Buyer submits a cancellation request at least 14 days prior to the appointment date, the full amount will be refunded. However, the prepayment (deposit) fee is non-refundable.
Prepayment (Deposit) Fee: The deposit fee collected during the booking process is mandatory for the finalization of the reservation and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Late Cancellation Status: For cancellations made less than 14 days before the appointment date, the amount paid shall not be refunded to the Buyer.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Since the service provided is a leisure activity intended to be performed on a specific date (massage/spa service), there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the relevant consumer protection regulations. However, for cancellations made up to 14 days before the appointment, the remaining balance, excluding the deposit fee, will be refunded to the Buyer.
8. DELIVERY OF SERVICE
The service offered by Taksim Luxury Massage commences when the Buyer arrives at the facility for the scheduled appointment. As there is no physical product delivery, the execution of the service is limited solely to the massage/spa treatment provided during the session.
9. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the service information on the website is accurate and up-to-date. However, no responsibility is accepted for errors arising from technical glitches or force majeure. The Buyer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller if any deficiency or non-compliance is noticed during the service.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is subject to the Laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Central) Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between the parties.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The parties may make notifications regarding this agreement in writing or through electronic media. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the agreement. Changes become effective as of the date they are published on the website. By performing a transaction, the Buyer accepts the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Clarification Text available on the website.
SIGNATURE / APPROVAL The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions specified in this agreement. Every user who completes a booking transaction through the site is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement.
